Placing an Order

cosybedsandburrows does their best to keep the website up to date with currently available products. In the event that another customer wants the same item and there's only one left in that fabric, the sale will be on a first come first served basis, and I will contact the second customer to let them know if I can get hold of more of the same fabric or offer an alternative pattern.

Payment

Payment to be received on placing an order prior to despatch.

Purchasing through your cart leads to payment by paypal.
If you don't have a paypal account, you can pay by electronic bank transfer, cheque or money order is accepted. Please email us with your order and if you need my bank details or postal address. Cheques must clear before items are dispatched.
Any collections in person or at a show must be paid in cash or in advance.

Postage

Postage on orders over £50 is free. Orders up to £25 incur a £3.49 flat postage fee, £4.00 up to £50.

This is the price charged by Royal Mail, 2nd class small parcel, which is the cheapest method available for parcels. If your product is too large or heavy to send by Royal Mail, it will be sent via Evri.

We aim to charge postage and packaging at the lowest cost possible, opting to use second class postage to be able to pass savings on to you the customer. If you require a speedy delivery please contact me prior to order so that postage terms and costs can be agreed.

Unfortunately we do not offer postage outside of the UK.
International postage costs are too expensive, and we cannot predict any customs fees that may be incurred

Returns Policy

All products are individually quality checked prior to despatch.
Should you find a fault with your item please contact me within 7 days and I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Returns of non-faulty items are permitted within 7 days, but all postage costs must by covered by the customer.
No returns or replacements are offered for products which have already been used by your pets.
Please only place an order if you agree to these terms.
